the guidance arbitration process for medical dispute resolution
when the hospital signed contract with foreign patients, hospital can add specific conditions like “When medical incident has been occurred, we will follow medical dispute arbitration process by K-medi.” in that case the hospital can forecast a process after medical accident. It have the hospital can resolve medical dispute more effectively.

“If a legal dispute occurs, the hospital and patient will first try to come to mutual agreement individually. In the case of disputes unable to be settled, both parties will have to abide by the arbitration of the ‘Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency’ which has been established in Article 43 of the Korean Medical Dispute Mediation law.”

Arbitration is that both the patient and hospital agree with following final dicision by medaitor in K-medi. It have same effect with an irrevocable judgment by a court. It have patient prepare hospital's objection to follow the final decision by k-medi.
